The Queen Knows Hop ‘Fu

Our friends @northparkbeerco have helped us realize that there is more to life than just Citra. This glorious Triple New England IPA was hopped with Citra, Citra Incognito, Citra Specturm, Citra Lupomax, Nelson and Hallertau Blanc to create the ultimate juice bomb. Drink careful, because this Queen knows Hop ‘Fu and we are pretty sure she can kick your ass.

just Fold It In

Our collab with our friends @lost_tavern_brewing , this Double New England IPA was hit with huge amounts of Citra, Motueka, and Rakau. And though we may not all know how to fold it in in this recipe, we do know this hazy bomb is filled with flavors of citrus, green fruit and herbal pine with hints of Schitt’s Creek.

We got together with our friends and movie aficionados from @aebeerco to create some epic juice. All while assuring the aliens couldn’t steal our thoughts, we whirlpool hopped, biohopped, and triple dry hopped with Citra, Pacific Sunrise, and Wai-iti. With bold hits of clementine, lime, stone fruit, pine and herbal mango - The first sip you can't explain. The second sip you can't ignore. The third sip you won't believe. NETIPA 9.5%abv

Picture yourself in a boat on a river, With guava trees and mango skies, Somebody calls you, you drink up quite slowly , A can with kaleidoscope eyes

Dark Cherry Blackberry Chocolate Vanilla

Picture yourself walking down the old stone streets of Florence on a summer day with a freshly scooped gelato. You can’t eat it fast enough as it fights the warm Italian sun and drips down your fingers. Packed with dark cherries and chocolate, this gelato in a can is velvety rich and tastes like it just came out of a homemade Gelateria in Italy.

juiceissippi Queen

This Triple New England IPA is an absolute Mountain of flavor featuring Nelson Sauvin, on of our new favorites, and Citra, simply the juiciest hop ever. If Citra brings the juice, then Nelson adds a punch of strong gooseberry, white grape, and melon. At 9.4%, she will satisfy the greediest hop appetites. Juiceissippi Queen, she taught me everything. . .

Palette Pallet Palate

Tasting notes vary on this beer depending on your choice of spelling. Some may get notes of watercolors, others may notice hints of wood, while the majority will get overwhelming flavors of beer. It all depends on your Palette, Pallet, Palate.

100 Acres

This grassy New England Double is kicking off just in time for Spring. A new rendition of Back 40, this creamy IPA utilizes our old favorite hops, Citra and Simcoe, with one of our new favorite hops, Nelson, and our new favorite hopping method of more = more. Remember, not all who wander are lost but, if you wander 100 acres with 100 Acres NEDIPA, you may get lost…8.8%

*We do not use any Peanut Oil for frying but we do prepare foods on surfaces that have come in contact with nuts

Our pizzas are baked in our Italian Dome Oven at extremely high heat. The crust should be slightly crispy, chewy and a bit charred.

The Forager* - Herbed ricotta base with sauteed mushrooms, mozzarella, pecorino romano and drizzled white truffle oil

Blue Ribbon Pig – Herbed ricotta base with crumbled bacon, caramelized onions, mozzarella and blue cheese

Chicken Ban Ranch - Herbed ricotta base with crumbled bacon, breaded chicken, and topped with ranch drizzle

*Vegan-ize it with Daiya Shredded Vegan Mozzarella!  

     We can also make most of our menu Vegan/Dairy-free by omitting cheese/meat.
